It would be great if Zoho actually fixed their buggy ass website. It's nothing but a pain in the ass to use, and if you have a choice, DO NOT PICK ZOHO. I've had no choice but to suffer using their website for over a year now and I've actually watched as Zoho has gotten worse over time with new updates. Even some simple features were removed or made an extra click or two away for no reason other then to be difficult, they will lie and say some bullshit like it's to improve UI but I know that's a joke. When you have to use someones website 5 days a week, year round you get pretty familiar with it and I can tell you, they're all downgrades. I legit ran into what I thought were bugs on the website, I reported them to Zoho and find out they were NEW FEATURES. For example, why am I able to see all my coworkers (Including managers, and the CEO of the company) time sheets, I can see when they clocked in, when they clocked out, when they went on break, and how many hours they've worked that week in total. I came across all of that completely by accident, and it's only 2 clicks to see all that info. Yet the worse part is, I can't see my own time sheet, I've went through the entire site three times after finding out I could see all of that and there's no possible way to see my own. That's how I ended up on this video which is also no help at all. Zoho is full of examples like that above, the website is so backwards and unintuitive. You think one thing will work one way like it would on any website but it doesn't, it will work in a way that doesn't make sense, and it's so off the usual that you never get used to it, you just get frustrated with it and use a work around if you can find one. We share 90% of our files over dropbox or other file transfer websites because zoho's filesharing is garbage and backwards.

I'm looking into using ZOHO One for a volunteer organization. One of the things that need to be tracked is volunteer hours of members for different initiatives that we have. The idea is to add all of the different volunteer events to the calendar then have volunteers log their time based on each event. Is there a way to use a QR code for volunteers to scan a QR to start their time then san another QR code to end their time? This ould be a great feature to have along with adding a maximum number of hours for the activity.

Can you please arrange the Zoho further in future i.e ,including Tamil Explanations too reason is, it will make people easy from India,Srilanka and Singapore to understand it and to handle the zoho application.

In zoho payroll the config is 1st to last day of month. So assume same pay cycle in zoho people. There may be months when 29th is the last working day of the month and we need to run payroll in zoho payroll. In these cases we are unable to change the last day as payroll processing day or payroll report generation date. This is a simple ask. Bottom line is payroll run date in zoho payroll needs to trigger when LOP report calculation date and send info to zoho payroll. No one is clear abt this and waiting for answers from the team. This video was to trivial and does not clearly answer common scenarios or any of the above.
